Our Optical Test Engineers are equipped with a range of modern test instruments enabling them to carry out ILM tests on Multi mode & Single mode cable at wavelengths ranging from 850nm to 1625nm, OTDR traces can be stored and analysed on hard and soft copy. With the ever increasing need for broadband networks, MCC have available state of the art equipment to carry out Chromatic Dispersion and Polarisation Mode Dispersion (PMD) tests to a dynamic range of 57dB, enabling us look at links up to 200km
